Services Provided

GardenCraft offers professional landscaping services, including but not limited to lawn maintenance, hardscaping, irrigation, and garden design. The scope of services will be outlined in individual agreements with clients.

Pricing & Payments

  • All service pricing is provided upon request or in a formal quote.

 

  • Payments are due in full within 7 days of the invoice issuance date.

 

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

 

  • A minimum 30% deposit is required before work commences, with the percentage subject to increase based on the scope and complexity of the project.

 

  • Any unexpected complications that arise during the course of work may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

 

  • Any client-requested changes or additions to an ongoing project will be billed accordingly.

 

  • We reserve the right to withhold or discontinue service in cases of non-payment.

Free Monthly Gardening Initiative

  • We offer a free gardening service once per month for up to four (4) hours.

 

  • This service operates as a competition where individuals can nominate someone in need, such as elderly individuals, vulnerable persons, or families facing financial hardship.

 

  • The nomination period runs from the 1st to the 21st of each month.

 

  • A winner will be selected and announced within one (1) week after the nomination period.

 

  • The gardening service will be completed before the start of the following month.

 

  • This initiative is only available within Basildon Town and surrounding areas within a 15-mile radius. Nominations outside this area will not be considered.

 

  • Participation in this initiative requires consent for the collection and use of personal information such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses, which may be used for future marketing and promotional purposes.

 

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this initiative at any time without prior notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule services.

 

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the type of service.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 business days.

Liability Disclaimer

  • We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results.

 

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from external factors such as weather conditions, pre-existing property conditions, or misuse of landscaping materials.

 

  • Clients assume responsibility for ensuring proper care of their landscapes after service completion.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by GardenCraft may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Website Use & Conduct

  • Users must not engage in any unlawful activities while using our website.

 

  • We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to users who violate these terms.
