Services Provided

G C Landscapes Limited offers professional landscaping services, including but not limited to lawn maintenance, hardscaping, irrigation, and garden design. The scope of services will be outlined in individual agreements with clients.

Pricing & Payments

  • All service pricing is provided upon request or in a formal quote.

 

  • Payments are due in full within 7 days of the invoice issuance date.

 

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

 

  • A minimum 30% deposit is required before work commences, with the percentage subject to increase based on the scope and complexity of the project.

 

  • Any unexpected complications that arise during the course of work may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

 

  • Any client-requested changes or additions to an ongoing project will be billed accordingly.

 

  • We reserve the right to withhold or discontinue service in cases of non-payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule services.

 

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the type of service.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 business days.

Liability Disclaimer

  • We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results.

 

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from external factors such as weather conditions, pre-existing property conditions, or misuse of landscaping materials.

 

  • Clients assume responsibility for ensuring proper care of their landscapes after service completion.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by G C Landscapes Limited may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Website Use & Conduct

  • Users must not engage in any unlawful activities while using our website.

 

  • We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to users who violate these terms.

Site Access & Responsibilities 

Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the site. Any restrictions, hazards, or specific site requirements must be communicated prior to commencement of works.

We reserve the right to stop work if site conditions are deemed unsafe.

Health & Safety

All works will be carried out in accordance with current health and safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) will be prepared and followed for all relevant works. All operatives and subcontractors are required to comply with site safety rules and procedures at all times.

Subcontractors

G C Landscapes Limited reserves the right to engage competent subcontractors to carry out works. All subcontractors are required to meet appropriate standards of competence, insurance and health and safety compliance.

Delays

We shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, site access restrictions, delays in material supply, or unforeseen ground conditions.

Privacy Policy & Marketing Consent

Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

 

Where consent is provided, we may contact clients with relevant updates or marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
